To obtain these please email support@pennonline.co.uk quoting your invoice number and email address. The FTP (File Transfer Protocol) details will be emailed back to you.
In order to upload your pages, you will need an FTP program. SmartFTP is a good shareware FTP program and is available from http://www.smartftp.com it is free for non-commercial users.
If you have purchased commercial web space with Microsoft FrontPage Server extensions, then you will need Microsoft FrontPage to generate and upload your web pages.
If you do not have your own web space, please call us on 07929 966530 and we will help.
If you have purchased a domain name from us and have opted for web-forwarding, you will need to contact the ISP who is providing your web space and ask them for details of how to upload your pages. When you know the URL of your web space, email support@pennonline.co.uk with the following information:-
